What we collect, and what we don't.
This site asks very little of you. Here is exactly what it asks, and what happens to it.
Oen Solutions Ltd runs this website. There is nothing to sign up for here, and nothing you have to tell us in order to read it.
The only place we collect anything is the contact form — and only because you can't be replied to otherwise.
What you send us
If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, and — if you chose to add them — your company, your area of interest, and your message. Nothing more. There are no hidden fields.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply. That is the whole purpose. Your details are not added to a mailing list, and we will not start sending you marketing because you asked us a question.
If we ever want to use what you sent us for something other than answering you, we will ask you first.
We don't sell it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only parties who ever touch it are the services listed below that help us run the site and deliver the mail.
What we measure
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless: it does not follow you between websites, does not build a profile of you, and does not use your data for advertising. What we see is aggregate — page views, referring sites, general location, browser type — not individuals.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing on your device and asks nothing of your browser's memory. That is also why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers it to you, which means they process the ordinary technical records any web host does, including your IP address. They also provide the analytics described above.
Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Your message passes through them on its way to us.
Once your message arrives, it sits in our email like any other message we receive.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in touch, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. We would rather tell you that plainly than publish a tidy-sounding deletion schedule we do not actually run.
If you would prefer we not keep yours, say so and we will remove it.
Asking us to delete it
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on it — no explanation required from you.
Velle
Velle, our app, is covered by its own privacy policy. It keeps your information on your device rather than on a server, so the terms there are different from — and stricter than — this page.
If this changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date below. If a change actually matters to you, we will say so in plain language rather than quietly editing a paragraph.
